Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days in the EU. Shipping to countries outside of the EU usually takes between 7-14 days. If you're particularly unlucky up to 4 weeks. If you're outside of the EU customs fees may apply.

US CUSTOMERS: Unlike your president's claims YOU pay import taxes, not me. That means your shipping will be more expensive than before because it's baked into your shipping price. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about that.

You'll be given a track ID and link to keep an eye on your shipment.

Because this is a personalised item there is no returns, but severely damaged or lost goods will be replaced.
