Shipping takes 3-7 business days in the EU. Shipping to countries outside of the EU usually takes between 7-14 days. If you're particularly unlucky up to 4 weeks. If you're outside of the EU customs fees may apply.

Because this is a personalised item there is no returns, but severely damaged or lost goods will be replaced.
